3.Nile Valley Project for M/s Janapriya Engineers, Hyderabad
Located at Madinaguda near Miyapur and spread over 25 acres
The total project area is around 60 lakh square feet comprising of 18 blocks ( 2 Cellars + G + 9 floors) and commercial area of 2 lakh square feet in a 45 acres land. The total cost of the civil works is around 550 crores.
4.Poultry Feed Processing Unit – Charoen Pokphand ( India ) Pvt. Ltd.
CP India Pvt. Ltd. is constructing a Poultry Feed processing unit near Vellore. The total cost of civil works is 20 crores. The overall work consists of proof checking of overall structure, shop drawings for the receiving towers and Feed mill, detailed designs of raw ingredients warehouse and finished products warehouse, detailed design and planning of other ancillary structures.
LANCO HILLS TECHNOLOGY PARK LIMITED are building a World Class multi storied residential apartments as a part of their gigantic reality project in a hunderad acre plot consisting of residential, office area blocks along with a multiplex etc. As a part of residential development a three storied parking area is being developed with Roof top land scaped podium . The total plinth area of this component of the project is around 1.6 lakh square meter. The total cost of the podium structure is around 100 crores.
